Frequently asked questions

COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

BRAMER TOURS USA is responsible for providing services and/or hotel reservations as specified in our confirmation and approval by the travel agency and/or operator, within the pre-established period. BRAMER TOURS USA will not assume any responsibility for loss, delay, or cancellation of domestic or international flights, damages caused to passengers' belongings and/or luggage when aboard vehicles hired by us or in hotel accommodation, as well as accidents or third-party involvement. We suggest that passengers obtain health and luggage insurance for the duration of the trip. As well as sending wrong names and dates for transfers and shows.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellation conditions will be informed at the time of sending the confirmation.

Cancellation by the client must be made no later than 72 hours before the tour.

WHAT ARE THE PAYING WAYS?

All invoices will be sent at the end of the month, with the payment date informed. For bank transfers or checks, please use the information below:
